Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.Responsibilities : Performs troubleshooting support of systems hardware, software, and networking issues. Knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement, maintain, and refine Active Directory and Group Policies. Knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement secure remote access and management solutions for county staff and vendors. Knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement effective logging and log management solutions. Knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement effective develop an access control list and implement network access control. Knowledge, skills, and abilities to install, configure, and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other similar solutions to set up, configure, and manage a workstation imaging system / solution. Installs, configures, maintains, and administers servers, operating systems, and applications. Supports operational, technical, and system requirements for the location, installation, operation, and maintenance of servers. Performs related work as assigned Required Skills : Active Directory Preferred Skills : Remote Access Management SCCM or similar tools Security Event Logging Network Access Controls (NAC) Access Control Lists (ACL)
