Responsibilities : Assess user needs, define system scope, and document requirements to develop functional specifications for business system design. Design and develop programs and applications using object-oriented programming languages, client-server application development, multimedia, and Internet technologies. Required Skills : Evaluate and optimize new or existing procedures, information systems, or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct testing and diagnostics to ensure systems meet critical requirements. Perform related tasks as needed.
