Summary
As a Field Supervisor at PME, you will manage and oversee the performance of the porters to ensure they are cleaning parking lots to our company standards. Hours of work are approximately from 4am- 1pm, Monday through Friday. We provide a company vehicle and cell phone. Ideal candidate has supervising and outside labor and cleaning experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure porters check in and out at each scheduled property.
- Train new porters and give feedback and coaching to existing porters.
- Providing supplies and equipment to porters.
- Check on porters to ensure their assigned properties are cleaned to our company standards.
- Inspecting properties and reporting hazards.
- Cleaning properties when needed.
- Supervise daily field operations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Relevant Qualifications
- Cleaning experience.
- Landscaping experience.
- Supervising cleaning or landscapers.
