What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at PME?
Commercial Maintenance Company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician that has some or all of the following skills:
- Masonry (concrete/stucco repair)
- Paver repair (level uneven pavers)
- Asphalt repair
- Minor plumbing
- Pressure washing
- Ceiling tiles installation
- Drywall Repair (patch and match texture)
- Operate equipment (boom lift, scissor lift, skid steer, excavator, roller)
Requirements
- Candidate should have their own hand tools.
- Able to use a smartphone/ tablet to update work order with pictures and notes.
- Able to follow written/verbal instructions and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
