We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Collateral/Administrative Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative duties related to collateral management and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Carries out payment collections and verification of employment submissions
- Helps with our collections department in retrievals of vehicles
- Review customer accounts, determine the status and initiate proper action.
- Provide general administrative support to the department and team members.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail to our customers
- Ensures the correct processing of all internal documents
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented
- Desire to continuously develop and learn
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Bilingual (A plus)
- High School Diploma or General Education Experience (GED) (Required)
- Pass Pre-Employment drug screening
- Pass Background Check
