During your first year, you'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. Day-to-day responsibilities include actively participating in everything from direct outside sales, marketing, and customer service to operations and finance. Qualifications of the Business Development Associate Include :

  • Must have participation or work experience in any of the following : work experience in customer service, management, or commission sales environment, OR participation or leadership in athletic / team activities, OR membership or leadership in the community, social or academic organizations OR military leadership experience.
  • Must be available to work an average of 48 hours per week.
  • Must be personable and customer service oriented.
  • Must be available for a start date within the next 2 weeks.
  • Must be comfortable working with commission pay-checks and performance bonuses
  • Compensation is directly tied to sales performance. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual sales, client acquisition, or other performance metrics as outlined in the compensation plan. Actual income may vary based on effort, and individual success.
