Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination:
o Collaborate with sponsors and partners to understand their specific requirements for events.
o Design and plan events that align with the strategic goals of PMI San Francisco while also meeting the expectations of sponsors and partners.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Outreach Coordinators for Sponsors and Partners to ensure that the event content and format meet their needs.
o Coordinate with the PMI San Francisco event team to ensure smooth execution, including logistics, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Event Facilitation:
o Oversee the setup, running, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects operate smoothly.
o Handle any issues that arise during events quickly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
- Communication and Promotion:
o Work with PMI’s marketing and communications team to promote events to the target audience, ensuring high participation from relevant company or organizational representatives.
o Manage invitations and attendee lists to ensure that all relevant stakeholders from partner and sponsor organizations are engaged.
- Feedback and Reporting:
o Gather feedback from participants, sponsors, and partners post-event to gauge the event’s success and areas for improvement.
o Provide detailed reports on each event's outcomes, including attendance statistics, sponsor satisfaction levels, and recommendations for future events.
