Purpose & Scope : This crucial role will be responsible for leading the production team and enhancing productivity while overseeing all machinery and personnel, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient, high-quality production of goods.
Essential Duties May Include :
Overseeing all equipment, personnel, and inventory within the facility
Providing instruction, training, and performance feedback to associates in order to ensure their safety and success
Assisting the team with hands-on manufacturing duties such as processing, setting a tool, maintenance, etc.
Ensuring the efficient execution of schedules to meet customer requirements and production goals
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize personnel, materials, and equipment resources
Meeting budgets and goals (including on time delivery, quality, and efficiency)
Reviewing processes to ensure superior quality and implementing necessary adjustments or corrective actions
Proven experience (10 years) in plastics injection molding (including processing)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Successful history of meeting production budgets and goals
Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
Be a team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability read, write, and communicate in English
Prior knowledge of IQMS preferred
