We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who is passionate about supporting the overall mission of our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for carrying out human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, worker's compensation claims, FMLA, payroll timecard submission, and assisting with other functions within the department.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources or related field (high school diploma or equivalent required)
- Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in human resources preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS systems required
- Certification in HR from SHRM or HCRI preferred but not required
