As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall mission of our organization by carrying out human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, worker's compensation claims, FMLA, payroll timecard submission, and assisting with other functions within the department.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our HR team, you will:
- Carry out human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, worker's compensation claims, FMLA, payroll timecard submission, and assisting with other functions within the department
- Work closely with other members of the senior living community to support the overall mission of the organization
- Consult with the local Executive Director, Regional Human Resources Director or corporate Human Resources regarding policies, procedures, and terminations
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources or related field (high school diploma or equivalent required)
- Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in human resources preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS systems required
- Certification in HR from SHRM or HCRI preferred but not required
