Position Description : Senior Community Association Managers typically manage 5 to 6 Associations with strong support provided by a dedicated Associate Manager and administrative staff. This allows our managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our clients’ expectations; putting people before profits. The Senior Community Manager should have strong leadership skills and be able to provide peer guidance to other managers based off their previous experience in the industry.
