PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a client in Boyne City who is looking for a customer service all star.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and resolve member inquiries.
- Maintain and manage payment databases.
- Review account reports for accuracy.
- Prepare daily cash sheets and bank deposits.
- Support dispatch during service outages.
- Assist with member service records and product information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with general office equipment.
Skills Needed:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain confidentiality.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in an office environment.
- Skills in teaching or instructing others.
