Job Summary:
PMT Security is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven Account Executive to join our amazing culture. In this role you will cultivate new relationships, gain an understanding of our customer’s needs while securing sales opportunities. As an Account Executive with PMT Security you will be part of a dynamic team of security industry professionals that are dedicated to helping each other and the customer succeed. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will reside in the territory within 150 miles of Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Actively listen to clients' requirements and recommend suitable security access control, CCTV camera surveillance solutions from our product portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Travel to Training sessions at HQ, Dealer meetings, and Trade Shows when required.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends, and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, product availability, and product features.
• Coordinate with the technical support team to address any customer inquiries or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge or experience in the security access control, CCTV camera surveillance, or IT is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to travel to existing customers and potential new customers.
