Job Description
- Deliver a unique customer experience by improving financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet. Process various customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives, identify banking opportunities, and refer appropriately.
- Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.

- We prioritize customer needs and satisfaction in all business decisions, leveraging this information to create customized solutions.
Managing Risk
- We assess and manage risks associated with our objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
