Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
- Actively promote and uphold Pneu-Dart’s employment brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop and sustain networking relationships with community partners.
- Identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies using the latest tools and platforms to reach potential candidates.
- Implement selection processes that effectively match candidates with the necessary skills and cultural alignment to thrive within our teams.
- Engage with local educational resources on an ongoing basis.
Orientation & Onboarding
- Ensure timely and thorough orientation for new team members, introducing them to Pneu-Dart’s core values, processes, and operations.
- Execute and manage an engaging onboarding program that accelerates Team Members performance and integration during their first 90 days of employment.
Culture & Team Member Retention
- Create and implement initiatives that reinforce Pneu-Dart’s values and operational practices, enhancing organizational cohesion and integrity.
- Develop mechanisms for collecting and analyzing feedback from Team Members to continuously improve the workplace environment.
- Serve as a coach and advisor to management and staff on best practices for addressing workplace challenges and enhancing Team Member satisfaction.
Benefit Administration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Team Members regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and prevent errors in coverage or eligibility.
- Assist in the development and communication of benefit-related materials, including open enrollment guides and informational resources.
- Track and report on benefit plan utilization and recommend improvements based on Team Member feedback and usage trends.
- Oversee and manage Team Member leave programs, including FMLA, short-term and long-term disability, and other leave types, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Performance Management
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and team member development plans.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate Team Member records and files in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
HR Reporting & Metrics
- Prepare HR reports, including turnover data, team member satisfaction surveys, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.

Education & Experience

Mental and Physical Requirements
- Primary work is in an office setting.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Frequent movement about the manufacturing floor and other areas of the facility are required.
- May be exposed intermittently to areas requiring hearing/eye protection or other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
