Pneumatic and Hydraulic Co., a growing resale distributor, is seeking an experienced Operations Executive Assistant for its Katy, TX location.
Ideal candidate will have prior strong executive and administrative background, and an enthusiastic, professional attitude. Computer literacy a must.
Central job duties include :
- Managing the Operations Manager's complex schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Answering phone calls, screening emails, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the Manager.
- Preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, taking minutes, and following up on action items from operational meetings.
- Assisting with project management tasks including tracking progress, coordinating team members, and managing deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems, organizing operational documents, and ensuring proper record keeping.
- Handling expense reports, entering / approving credit card transactions, ordering supplies, coordinating office logistics, and handling / preparing employee time and PTO requests.
- Supporting initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Handling sensitive operational information with discretion.
