First Aid/Timekeeper/Assist. Staffing Supervisor

Role Summary:

Under Supervision of the Staffing Supervisor, assist in providing training and supervision of repack and processing employees as required per Company specifications. Provide minor First Aid treatment oversee time turned in.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain shift clock in/out times as well as job assignments for all shift employees.

· Assist Staffing Supervisor in placing and locating employees throughout the plant.

· Administer first aid as required in compliance with company-authorized procedures.

· Initiate emergency action as necessary in compliance with company emergency action procedures.

· When needed support staff through administering first aid and supplying staff with stock medications as well as document accidents, accident investigations and complete internally required documents.

· Maintain confidential, accurate records in compliance with government and company requirements.

· Demonstrate understanding of plant wide culture towards Safety, Food Safety, Communication, Quality and customer expectations.

· Perform general labor and/or clerical duties as assigned.

· Maintain safe and sanitary work area.

· Assist Staffing Supervisor in creating and maintaining staffing schedules.

· Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Assists and/or fills in for Staffing Supervisor - Under occasional supervision dependent on production/repack schedules, assists in managing Staff Leads who lead employees in the production or repackaging departments. Assists in the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Staff Leads and those they lead in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; assist in discipline; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Expected to cover those responsibilities of Staff Leads when production is not scaled to the point to require Staff Leads. Expected to fill in for Staffing Supervisor in their absence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
