MAIN FUNCTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP management or a similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP certifications) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in ERP management or a similar role, with a track record of successful ERP system implementations and ongoing maintenance.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ERP technologies, database management systems, and programming languages such as SQL or Java, with expertise in maintaining system performance and updates.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and data sets to optimize ERP system performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools for both implementation and maintenance phases.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ERP concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating ongoing support and training.

- Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing: Help oversee intelligence and data warehousing activities, from PNY’s ERP Systems (Epicor Kinetic and Sage X3. Experience with PowerBI is a plus. Ensure effective data extraction and utilization to support BI initiatives and optimize DW solutions.
