MAIN FUNCTION:
- Assist in driving all tactical product management activities of the assigned product portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of product management/marketing experience, consumer electronics or consumer packaged goods experience is ideal.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in participating in cross-functional teams
- Technical competency, business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Office skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Portfolio Management
- Assist in weekly Core Team meeting updates
- Assist in updating and maintaining marketing presentations and roadmaps
- Assist in updating and maintaining channel map and setup sheet
- Assist in calls and meetings with overseas offices

Product Lifecycle Management
- Support product lifecycle management initiatives, i.e. SKU maintenance and rationalization
- Assist in excess inventory monitoring
- Support creation of Marketing Bulletins and EOL Bulletins

Product Support
- Work with Engineering and Quality Teams on creating and managing Part Numbers, ECRs, BOMs, and EDAs
- Actively participate and assist in discussions with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Graphics, and Sales on topics relating to each functional department’s respective area
- Assist in managing content on www.pny.com and customer e-tail sites
- Assist in the development and execution of secondary display vehicles from design inception to product ship
- Assist in creation of overview presentations for internal and external use
- Manage product sample and information requests to support marketing and brand awareness initiatives
- Assist in creation of Marketing collateral for current products to drive sales and support marketing campaigns (sell sheets, web banners, web landing pages, etc)

New Product Development
- Assist Senior Product Management with action items and deliverables across cross-functional teams including Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and Overseas PNY offices in planning and executing new product launches
- Support retail packaging development process and requests with Graphic Design team for new launches, line extensions, special events, seasonal opportunities
- Assist in creation of Marketing Bulletins for new product launches
- Assist in creation of Marketing collateral for new product launches to drive sales and support marketing campaigns (sell sheets, web banners, web landing pages, etc)

Sales Team Support
- Assist Senior Product Management and Sales in the development and implementation of initiatives focused on channel marketing, SWOT & competitive analysis, product positioning, collateral/launch materials preparation, promotional planning, etc.
- Provide assistance in developing collateral materials, product setup with customers, sales tools, training guides, etc.
- Assist in development of Sales Presentations for customer meetings and customer proposals

Pricing
- Support Senior Product Management as needed in providing key inputs into pricing development including market insights, competitive analyses, gathering inventory data, and gathering cost data for new and existing products
- Assist in pricing meeting with tracking notes and action items

Other
- Request, track and prepare sample accommodations for product launches, customer meetings, etc.
- Assist in other projects as needed
