MAIN FUNCTION:
- This position is responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and general HR activities within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of AI recruitment tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing and hiring candidates. The Recruiter/Generalist will work closely with hiring managers and HR team to ensure the best talent is attracted and retained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of recruitment related experience (corporate recruitment experience preferred).
- Experience with AI recruitment tools and programs, such as AI-driven candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Familiarity with AI recruitment platforms and software.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including internet and social media.
- Proven experience recruiting for all levels of positions in a manufacturing/technology environment.
- Hands-on experience screening and interviewing candidates.
- Ability to think strategically and stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting trends and technologies.
- Knowledge of data analytics and how to leverage data to improve recruitment processes.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
- Ability to manage, protect, and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and change courses quickly without compromising accuracy.
- Strong administrative and prioritization skills; focused and attentive to detail; highly organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Bilingual skills a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the recruitment and placement of exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize AI recruitment tools and programs to streamline the recruitment process, including AI-driven candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices, particularly in AI and automation
- Utilize multiple internet resources, including job boards and social media, keeping current with new technological trends and products.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to write/maintain job descriptions, send it through the approval process, and post the jobs internally and externally.
- Screen and interview candidates, assess their suitability (including administration of skill assessment tests), and make recommendations to the hiring managers.
- Track and manage candidate database.
- Facilitate on-boarding process from offer letter through first 90 days of employment, including the organization of materials, conducting new hire orientations, and check-in meetings with new employees to assist with assimilation into company culture.
- Work/partner with external recruiting agencies, as needed.
- Assist with general HR activities such as benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, OSHA compliance and terminations.
- Keep HR Manager informed of potential problem areas and recommend solutions as appropriate.
- Facilitate or participate in HR-sponsored committees, corporate functions and special projects.
- Assist in other areas, as assigned.
