Pocus has hundreds of always-on AI agents doing the manual, tedious work of researching & prospecting so that reps can do what they do best : sell. With Pocus AI agents working for them, rep's days are simplified. Reps get alerts when compelling events happen, account plans are generated by AI, and agents recommend who to reach out to with the next best action. Compensation & Benefits This role has the following on-target-earnings (OTE) target : $200,000 to $300,000. Compensation also includes equity and numerous perks and benefits (listed below).
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role) and market demands. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
