Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align demand plans with business .

- Identify risks and opportunities in demand planning and recommend strategic actions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, with 5 years in managerial position
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in ERP, forecasting software, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
