About Our Marketing Manager Role:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, audience engagement, and the successful launch of new seasons and shows. This position will oversee day-to-day branding and marketing operations across multiple brands and channels, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with Audiochuck’s mission and goals.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver world-quality, edge-of-your-seat storytelling to our fans.
Encourage, participate in, and enable advocacy pertaining to our stories.
Ensure new seasons and shows launch at #1 through strategic marketing execution.
Establish and track download goals for every show, optimizing marketing efforts to meet those goals.
Develop, build, and sustain comprehensive marketing strategies and plans across multiple brands and distribution channels.
Lead day-to-day branding and marketing operations for Audiochuck Network (ACN) shows and projects.
Serve as a brand advocate internally and externally, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all content.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop creative brand identities and uphold brand guidelines.
Work with PR and marketing partners to craft and execute overarching brand strategies.
Ensure 30-day and 60-day recap reports are created for all new shows, seasons, and ongoing weekly shows as applicable.
Track and analyze monthly and annual show performance, providing data-driven insights and optimizations.
Optimize content across all marketing channels, including both paid and organic efforts, while maintaining brand integrity and continuity.
Stay ahead of industry trends and audience engagement tactics to drive continuous growth.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or audience development within the media, podcasting, or entertainment industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
Experience launching and marketing content across multiple platforms.
Ability to lead and execute marketing campaigns that drive audience growth and engagement.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Familiarity with true crime content and fan engagement strategies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
