As a remote employee, you will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date for our clients and colleagues.Responsibilities : - Process accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Prepare and maintain accounting records, reports, and financial statements- Assist with month-end close processes and financial audits- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as neededRequirements : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
