As a Payable Clerk at Podhurst Associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for our clients and colleagues. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to maintaining the financial health of our organization.
Responsibilities :
Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Maintain accurate records of all payments and transactions- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment issues- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and procedures
Requirements :
2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
