This job requires occasional travel between locations. The clinics are located in Santa Monica, El Segundo, and Sherman Oaks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Record patient medical history and vital signs accurately
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on treatment plans
- Maintain medical supplies inventory and ensure equipment is in working order
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred (Back Office)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
