This role is required ONSITE at PODS corporate center in Clearwater, FL (Monday – Friday during 2 months training period, opportunity for Friday remote once training is completed. Occasional remote Saturday rotating schedule.) Shift is 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. In-office presence is important for cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Send and receive emails and answer incoming and make outgoing phone calls; follow up on inquiries, field/answer routine calls/emails and non-routine questions or observations
- Facilitate the sharing of information between other Logistics staff, vendors and internal customers
- Assist in KPI reporting
- Data entry in Excel and TMW
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- 1 - 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant or performing clerical duties
- Typing Skills: Minimum 35 wpm (Testing required)
- Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; Ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate; Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitor
- Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device
- 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Shift. Some additional hours may be required - occasional Saturday rotating schedule.
- Travel requirements: Negligible
- Climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours.
- May be subject to pre-employment criminal background check and/or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
