Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all maintenance activities across multiple properties, including HVAC, plumbing, boiler, and sewer systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure properties are in top condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Coordinate work schedules and assignments to meet deadlines.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues.
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including repairs and maintenance schedules.
Keep inventory of equipment and supplies and order new stock as needed.
Work closely with property management to address maintenance-related concerns and requests from residents.

Qualifications:
8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in multi-family development.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, sewer systems, boilers, and general building maintenance.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently.
