In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. Your expertise in reading and understanding the parts catalog will enable you to provide accurate information to customers, while your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently will help you build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
Your duties will also include maintaining weekly bin checks, ensuring accurate stock levels, and handling internal requests for parts by billing them on service repair orders. Additionally, you will receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
