Source and find suitable candidates through various sources both online and offline.
Pre-screening candidates to insure their they meet job requirements.
Perform initial interviews to verify candidate acceptability.
Coordinate follow-up interviews with Hiring Managers.
Coordinate up Physical/Drug Screen for Hired Applicants.
Participate in On-Boarding of new employees.
Post job openings on various sources.
Update or create job descriptions as needed.
Be familiar with Company benefits to answer questions as needed.
Other duties in Human Resources as required.
