Account Services Representative
Point Guard Management is a property management company based in Wichita, KS - We have office locations that span across Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Missouri, Texas, and now South Dakota! We specialize in providing comprehensive residential and commercial property management services. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and cost-effectiveness in leasing, construction oversight, maintenance, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management operations.
- Handle tenant relations, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in collections of rent payments and evictions when necessary
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient property operations
- Provide administrative support to the property management team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using or adapting to property management software
- Familiarity with residential and commercial property management practices.
