YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

As a Full Time Human Resources Generalist at Point Management / Shangri-La, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR functions with excellence. Key responsibilities include payroll administration, where you will accurately calculate employee hours and process biweekly payments while ensuring compliance with laws and policies. You'll manage employee benefits, assist with inquiries, and oversee our HR help desk to resolve issues efficiently. Your expertise in employee relations will be essential as you investigate complaints and recommend solutions, all while maintaining confidentiality.

Additionally, you'll support recruitment and onboarding efforts and manage data reporting. With your strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, you'll help foster a professional and high-performance culture.   • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
