Marketing Coordinator

Point of Beginning, Inc., established in 2001, is a multi-faceted civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying and materials testing firm based in Stevens Point, Green Bay and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. We are a talented and experience staff including professional engineers, professional land surveyors, professional landscape architects, field crews, CADD technicians, and an integral administrative staff.

A robust workload has led to us searching for new team members to help continue the growth and success of our firm! We are seeking a creative, motivated, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to support all offices (Stevens Point, Green Bay and Sun Prairie).
What You Will Do
- Create engaging graphics for social media, proposals, presentations, campaigns, business development, staff resumes and other communications.
- Collaborate internally with team members to ensure content aligns represents the POB brand accurately.
- Management of company website social media platforms.
- Interact online by responding to comments, messages and engage with our audience.
- Track analyze marketing performance, delivering insights and reports to leadership team.
- Manage, update keep current client database.
- Assist with tradeshows, internal celebrations, sponsorships, and other external/internal company events.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Have
- Bachelors or Associates Marketing degree, or related experience.
- Creative thinking experience in design, marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator), or similar graphic design tools (Canva).
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) marketing analytics tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other marketing platforms.
- Effective communication, organizational and editorial skills.
- Ability to self-manage, multitask, prioritize meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Preferably located in the Stevens Point area for occasional in-office visits.
- Previous experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is a plus.
