Regional Operations Manager

Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for regional production and delivery to ensure our Customers receive a quality product in a reliable, efficient, sustainable manner. This position is within the Management Team and reports to the President.

Responsibilities:

· Hire, train, coach hourly staff

· Support a positive culture for our employees

· Efficiently apply union collective bargaining agreement and employee handbook

· Apply discipline when necessary

· Harbor a safe environment for our workers and guests

· Administer compliance reporting for safety and environmental issues

· Review payroll and edit payroll exceptions

· Work with dispatch & main office to support control points for time paid (start up, end of day, etc.)

· Coordinate vacation schedule

· Work with Quality Control on raw material matters

· Ensure plants and properties are maintained

· Maintain contact and relationships with Customers regarding product and service levels

· Work with Plant Manager on necessary plant & property improvements

· Work with Dispatch & Sales Teams on production schedules and Customer satisfaction

· Work with President on advancements and organizational planning

· Document and investigate accidents, injuries, job site complaints

· Communicate with insurance company as needed

· Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities

· Implement reasonable loss control measures

· Continue learning and grow knowledge base on our processes, systems, products, & industry

· Look for ways to promote us within communities

· Work with peer managers on consistent solutions and procedures

· Continue to promote a challenging but enjoyable and rewarding work environment

· Address other items as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
