Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a Full Time Leasing Agent to our growing team! This position will be based at our large multifamily property in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is friendly, motivated, hard-working and energetic!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Prospects
- Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
- Invite prospects to tour.
- Record traffic and leasing activity.
- Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view.
- Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition.
- Maintain hospitality center for prospective residents.
- Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial
Lease
- Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
- Walk through units to ensure they are ready.
- Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums.
- Promote other income items.
- Resident Retention
- Prepare renewal paperwork.
- Customer Service and Maintenance
- Accept rental payments
- Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties
