Job Description
You will be responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and helpful service to customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience. This includes sharing detailed knowledge about our selection of cheeses, including flavor profiles and ideal pairings to help customers make informed choices. You will also educate customers about our farm, its sustainable practices, and how our cheeses are made, connecting them to the source of the products they're purchasing.
You will assist with restocking products, keeping displays organized and attractive, and ensuring products are fresh and well-maintained. Additionally, you will handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
