- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outside or inside sales, preferably in the heavy duty trucking sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with computer operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
