Job Summary
The Lead Program Analyst, Operational Resiliency & Crisis Management contributes to the development, implementation, testing and maintenance of capabilities within the Operational Resiliency & Crisis Management function of the Cyber & Information Security department.
This position will interface with various levels of staff and management throughout the organization, working with planners to proactively support operational resiliency efforts, recovery plan maintenance, educating stakeholders of their roles, reinforcing responsibilities, and support operational resiliency and incident/crisis management.
