Job Description
Branch Manager/Loan Officer will uphold a tradition of honesty and integrity as you provide financial transactions to existing and potential customers. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented banking officer to lead this bank location. This position is responsible for maintaining and developing deposit and loan relationships. The right individual will manage the Dalton and Lisco Nebraska teams and have a sales driven focus for the PWCB market. This individual will work closely with and report directly to the Regional Senior Managers. Growth within this position will occur by developing and maintaining a working knowledge of all financial products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates attention to detail, organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks. Has the ability to listen, follow directions and identify the needs of customers and other team members. College Degree and banking/lending experience preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Windows based software including Excel, Word, Outlook and banking software.
