Expeditor

Tonkatsu Kuro in Wards Village Honolulu is looking for one expeditor to join our new and growing team. We are located on 1000 Auahi St #134 right next door to Nori Bar. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, with strong communication and practice proactive approach.

Responsibilities

*Ensure all food orders have been properly prepared *Finalize presentation of food as needed *Deliver orders on bot or food run to guests’ table to maintain constant service *Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner

Qualifications

*Proven experience as an expeditor for a year or longer *Knowledge of health and safety regulations *Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities *Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
