The role: Games Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Games Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing Casino team in our Cherry Hill office.

You will have a passion for all things Casino and will play an integral part in ensuring we deliver a best in class product to our players across our key markets. Your job will be to own games delivery for PokerStars Casino & also contribute to delivering games & integrations to other brands in the Flutter Family.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Games Delivery you will be responsible for managing a team of three people and will have overall accountability for delivering on our very ambitious games & integrations roadmap.

Your duties will include:

• Managing a team of three people and ensuring the team is both happy and productive
• End to end accountability & ownership for game launches, roadmap management & delivery to our sites
• Managing new integrations from kick off to delivery from the business side
• Future roadmap planning & competitor benchmarking
• Supplier relationship mgmt. to ensure PokerStars is treated as every suppliers most important customer
• Working closely with other brands in the Flutter Group to help them deliver on their content strategies
• Managing end to end the games compliance pipeline for all markets we operate in
• Delivering on projects that impact regulatory & compliance aspects of Casino Games
• Keeping abreast of our competitors in the industry and their delivery strategy on games content

Who we’re looking for

• A self-starter with a passion for Casino
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Someone who can work “zoomed in” as well as they can “zoomed out”
• A leader who can inspire a team to deliver great results
• A highly detail-oriented person who can understand the market(s) they manage inside out
• A commercially minded individual who will be able to spot both internal and external growth opportunities in the business
• Experience in the Gaming industry
