What are the responsibilities and job description for the PtP Travel and Expenses Junior Accountant position at POL Aptiv Services Poland S.A.?

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely and accurate execution of the accounting processes for travel expenses through appropriate documentation of the processes, updates and suggested improvements
- Timely support and performance of the frequent accounting, financial operations (i.e. preparation of jurnal vouchers, accruals, open balances cleansing, pre-payments, reconcile of the credit card inter-company activity and all open aged items, CARS) and administrative tasks (settings and updates of employee accounts in supported applications, preparation of reports, resolving employees query and requests) within the process T&E in line with company goals, procedures and policies
- Resolving daily operations issues, escalating where support is needed; indicating and addressing improvements in the T&E process to avoid/eliminate then
- Communication with internal auditors
- Assisting with other accounting or process improvement projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good command of English language
- Some experience in the AP department or travel expenses in an international company (Business Service Center )
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Ability to keep information, employees personal data confidential
