As a reception student you will have the chance to get to know the structure of the company and
and have a chance to work with interesting people. The knowledge gained by the experience,
will allow you to take on further professional challenges in our company.
Your role:
- Service of the secretariat
- Administrative support of employees and guests, such as keeping records of visitor
- Caring for the correct circulation of incoming and outgoing correspondence,
handling the company telephone - Preparation of meetings and conferences
- Maintenance of order in the conference rooms
- Taking care of office demand
- Cooperation with other receptions of the company
- Close cooperation with all departments of the company
- Contact with other cooperating service companies
- Timely execution of assigned tasks
Your Background:
- Student status
- Availability 35 hours a week
- Good knowledge of English
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good work organization and ability to work under pressure of time
