What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Project Manager position at POL Aptiv Services Poland S.A.?

Responsibilities:
- Screen opportunities with Sales and Product Line Management for technical completeness and feasibility
- Support quotations (RFQs) by providing engineering expertise to Sales Team
- Define project schedules aligned with master program plans
- Manage change requests and Flow 5 projects as the engineering owner
- Act as the interface between customers and internal teams
- Support the quality organization during customer complaint resolution
- Facilitate collaboration between regions for business growth and portfolio management
- Coordinate early sample orders prior to SOP
- Deliver complete documentation packages for Flow 3 and Flow 4 processes.
Requirements:
- Engineering university degree – preferred fields: electrical, mechanical, material engineering, physics
- Project management experience in the product development environment, preferred in automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and documentation requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- English proficiency
- Good skill in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949)
