Reports to: Director of Sales
Job Summary:
As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our brand, playing a key role in providing exceptional service, as well as developing long lasting relationships through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients, providing tailored recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of various brands, including story telling.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an inviting and aesthetically pleasing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure the store is well-stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- KPI/CRM: Meet and exceed key performance and client management metrics (i.e. up to date completed trainings, advanced digital accuracy of client information, client outreach and follow up).
- Mystery Shop: Score a minimum of 85% on mystery shop when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry/watches or hospitality is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales goals and demonstrating strong story telling.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
