Position: Building /Machine Maintenance Technician
Employee Type: Full-Time, 1st shift
Polamer Precision is seeking a Full-time Building/Machine Maintenance Technician. This positions responsibility includes overall maintenance of facility including repairing locks, windows, doors, sheet rock repair etc. In addition, the Building/Machine Maintenance Technician will be responsible to complete an itemized walk around to each machine correcting any issues encountered including but not limited to; oil levels, coolant levels, air filters, pressure gauges, general cleanliness.
- Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and non-network related equipment
- Replace broken windows; repair doors, door locks, and other general projects
- Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
- Patch and paint, drywall repair, general repairs
- Operate computers which control and monitor mechanical equipment and utility system
- Clean, sweep, mop, wax floors as directed
- Clean walls and ceilings as directed
- Assist Machine Maintenance technicians as needed.
- Empty garbage’s as required.
- Maintain 5-S requirements and projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Fundamentals of machinery
- Good time management
- Fundamentals of mechanical equipment
- Must be able to pass forklift training certification
- Required to work between (2) facilities as needed
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
