We are currently 90% inbound sales through strong lead generation
We are focused on building a consistent outbound motion
Average Deal Size : $12k ($30K on the segment you will be working on)
Close rate : 41% in Q3 2024
Sales cycle : 3-4 weeks from lead to closing
Ideal Customer Profile : Head of eCommerce of a $10M-$100M Shopify brands
Ambitious yet realistic quota (101% overall attainment in Q3 2024)

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct product discovery calls to prospective brands interested in Polar Analytics
Accurately forecast new sales bookings
Lead by example and help us improve our sales motions
Drive new business by deeply understanding and empathising with customer needs, and matching these objectives with the product value propositions
Build strong, trusted relationships with key people within marketing and eCommerce teams, including end-users and executives / decision -makers
Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs or feature requests internally to influence the product roadmap

You have previous successful B2B SaaS experiences, selling to SMBs with short sales cycles, and previously used a CRM like HubSpot
You possess a "Hunters Mentality", always looking for opportunities to develop more business and close more deals.

Our Hiring Process 📝
We believe in a structured, fair, and transparent hiring process. While the steps may vary by role, here’s what you can expect :
1. Recruiter Screen (30 mins) : A call with our Head of Talent to talk through your current / past experience and your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.
2. Role Fit Interview (45 mins) : Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.
3. Competency Deep Dive (1 hour) : This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
4. Culture Interview (45 mins) : A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
