We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with the potential clients to build rapport, present products and ultimately close the deal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, POSITIVE attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to follow direction.
Duties
- Provide customers with a thorough inspection and identify existing problems. MUST BE WILLING TO CLIMB ON ROOFS AND IN ATTICS.
- Manage the sales cycle from building rapport, demoing products to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Utilize a CRM to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and up-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
Skills
- A positive attitude and ambition to grow is a MUST.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and sales tracking.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Experience in construction sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn about our products is essential.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
