Job Overview
The Director of Nursing (DON) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a healthcare facility. Duties

• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage nursing staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure that resident rights are upheld and that all care is delivered with dignity and respect.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current best practices in acute care, home health, and assisted living environments.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
