Polaris of Gainesville is looking for an experienced and driven Marine Service Manager to join our growing team!

Do you have strong hands-on knowledge in rigging, re-powers, and marine electronics? Are you ready to lead, motivate a skilled team, and help us take our marine service department to the next level?

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage daily operations of a fast-paced marine service department
• Oversee rigging of new boats and re-powers (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki)
• Diagnose and coordinate repairs involving motors, electronics, hydraulics, and more
• Supervise and support a team of marine technicians
• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely job completion
• Help streamline service processes and contribute to overall dealership growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of marine service or technician experience
• Strong rigging and re-power knowledge
• Familiarity with modern marine electronics and installations
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Self-starter with a passion for teamwork and growth
